Vicky Gregg’s Multi-Board Experience Strengthens Healthcare Governance
Vicky Gregg maintains board positions across multiple healthcare companies, bringing cross-sector insights to Acadia Healthcare and other organizations. Her board service extends beyond behavioral health to include diagnostic services, healthcare technology, and community health systems.
Gregg currently serves on the board of Quest Diagnostics, one of the nation’s largest diagnostic testing companies, alongside her role at the behavioral health provider. She also holds board positions with MyEyeDr. and serves as a trustee of Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, where she began her nursing career decades earlier.
TriZetto Leadership
Vicky Gregg served as non-executive chairman of TriZetto Corporation until its sale to Cognizant in 2014. TriZetto provided healthcare technology and software solutions to health plans, and Gregg was an active board member throughout the successful transaction process.
Her experience with healthcare technology companies complements her background in health plan operations and clinical care delivery. This combination of expertise allows her to understand how technology can improve both operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Community Leadership
Beyond corporate boards, Vicky Gregg serves as chair of Chattanooga’s Electric Power Board, becoming the first woman to hold that position. She has served on the EPB board since 2006, contributing to the utility’s fiber optic network expansion and community development initiatives.
At Acadia Healthcare, Gregg’s diverse board experience provides perspective on governance best practices across different organizational structures and industries. Her service spans for-profit and non-profit organizations, publicly traded and privately held companies.
Since co-founding Guidon Partners in November 2014, Vicky Gregg has continued to provide strategic guidance to healthcare companies while maintaining active board involvement. Her work as both investor and director demonstrates ongoing commitment to improving healthcare delivery across multiple sectors.
